Vanilla Yogurt Breakfast

This is a quick and easy recipe if you’re in a hurry in the morning, and a delicious way to clean up your digestive system! Bio-Yogurt is full of “good” bacteria which help you digest food more efficiently. Honey has super healing properties and is good for overall general health.. and I don’t need to tell you how healthy fruit is!

Here’s what you need:

 

  • 1 tub of Bio-yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2/3 tbsp honey
  • Fruit (any combination you like)
  • Granola

 

Add the vanilla to the yogurt.. I know it looks like a lot of vanilla, but trust me you need this much to cancel out the tartness of the yogurt.

 

Now add the honey..

 

Mix the yogurt until well combined, then add your fruit!

 

Granola is an excellent source of fiber and acts to “sweep” your digestive system of any impurities, hello flat tummy!
